Our kitchen specializes in Masurian and classic dishes prepared from regional delicacies. We use local products so that all ingredients are fresh and come from trusted sources.
The fish served in our restaurant—such as pike-perch, pike, perch, and eel—come from local lakes. Meat, vegetables, and fruit are sourced from local producers, while herbs and spices come from our own garden.
“Smuga Cienia” offers organic cakes baked in the hotel pastry kitchen according to a secret recipe, as well as homemade potato dumplings, Silesian dumplings, pierogi with various fillings, and fresh handmade pasta.

At our bar you will find regional beers from the Ełk craft brewery “Piwo Mazurskie” and the legendary “Piwo Kormoran” from Olsztyn.
Our wine list includes carefully selected wines from small vineyards of both the Old and New World. Lovers of red wine will be delighted with Primitivo di Manduria, while fans of fruity notes will appreciate white Sauvignon Blanc and lightly sparkling, reliable Rieslings.
The bar also serves classic cocktails such as mojito with mint from our own garden, Aperol Spritz with dry prosecco, as well as one of our signature creations—“Heart of Darkness.”

This title is a commitment, which is why every day we take care to deliver the finest flavors, ensuring that your culinary journey through Masuria is never boring and always showcases only the best and most delicious products of our region.
The “Culinary Heritage Warmia Mazury Powiśle” label helps food lovers find places where they can taste regional specialties. Membership criteria include the use of local raw materials in food production and dishes, the cultivation of culinary traditions, and the promotion of the region’s culinary heritage.
Since 2005, the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship has been a member of the European Network of Culinary Heritage, and regional authorities hold the license for this protected mark and grant businesses the right to use it.
